Psk Pro is the pasteuriser by Cattabriga for the production of gelato mixes.
Psk pro has the flexibility to pasturise both minimum and maximum volumes in short time frames. Thanks to the double heating system, energy costs are greatly reduced.
The new emulsifier, easy to remove and clean, is perfectly integrated by the spinner and the floating sensor, to process any type of mix effectively.
The spinner speed varies automatically depending on the quantity of mix, which is measured by a floating sensor placed inside the tank; Minimum and maximum volumes are processed with the same efficiency, to give the best possible heat transfer and prevent foaming.
The new tap facilitates easy extraction of the mix, is completely removable and easy to clean, even with a full hopper.
ECO MODE: when turned on reduces energy costs thanks by optimising the pasteutising process. By slowing down the heating process, the PSK pro saves up to 30% on energy costs*.
