The Vision 6 Scoop is the ideal solution to quickly and easily produce fresh gelato all day long while also providing a visual display of the process to your customers.

 

This is an ideal piece for a convenience shop, coffee shop or gelateria.

 

The continuous churning process maintains a perfect structure in the batch freezer cylinder.

 

The Vision process will combine cool and stir the mixture until the typical semi-solid consistency of a traditional gelato is reached. The machine is then able to maintain the product structure for an indefinite time, in the batch freezer cylinder. The cylinder can be refilled with fresh liquid mix as the product is sold.

 

During the storage mode, the user simply needs to add the liquid mix and restart the freezing process. The machine will reactivate the program to bring the gelato back to the original consistency, taking a 60% shorter freezing time compared to the first batch after which, the machine will automatically go into storage mode.

 

The night mode, can be set using a timer, automatically switching off the batch freezing/storage cycle and setting the temperature of cylinder at 4 degrees over night until it is activated the following day.

 

*Auto Pasteurizing (HT): the night time pasteurization cycle extends the hygenic safety period to 42 days. It also helps obtaining the optimal texture of the product for a longer time.
